Delete Your Trip360 Account

Request deletion of your account and personal data

Trip360 lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this directly inside the app, or request deletion by email using the options below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

Open the Trip360 app and sign in.
Open the menu (top-left) and tap Delete account.
To also erase your uploaded content, check “Also delete all my data and documents”.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
Traveler profiles and documents (passport number, date of birth, nationality)
Your trips, itineraries, expenses, checklists and notes
Any photos and files you uploaded

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record only where required by law; it is not used for any other purpose.
