By downloading, installing, or using Trip360 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Trip360 is a travel planning application that allows users to organize and manage their trips, including flights, hotels, attractions, transportation, budgets, documents, photos, and traveler information. The App also provides features such as currency conversion, trip reminders, itinerary sharing, and AI-assisted document scanning.
To use Trip360, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

The App uses artificial intelligence to scan and extract information from uploaded documents (such as flight tickets and hotel vouchers). While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all auto-filled information before relying on it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate AI-extracted data.
The App offers an optional 4-digit PIN to protect sensitive documents such as passports and visas. This PIN is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for remembering your PIN. We cannot recover a forgotten PIN, and you may need to re-upload documents if access is lost.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In, WhatsApp, AI providers, and exchange rate APIs. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App includes a Trip Market feature where users can browse and adopt ready-made itineraries. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of marketplace content. Users who publish itineraries are responsible for the content they share.
The App, its design, features, and branding are owned by Trip360 and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (trips, documents, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Trip360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We are not responsible for missed flights, lost reservations, expired documents, or any travel-related consequences. You should always verify your travel arrangements independently.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the store's refund policy.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
